Calix Support Cloud Update Further Enables Customer Experience Teams to Improve First Call Resolution by up to 36%, Deliver Massive Operational Savings

Calix has improved its Calix Support Cloud (CSC) service. The company says CSC will make the EDGE Suites set up process more efficient and result in operational savings. Calix says the improvements will allow customer support representatives to work through the cloud platform to solve issues, eliminating the need for subscribers to perform complex tasks. CSC customers will also gain access to Calix’s Customer Success Services as part of the improvements.
