IQGeo Announces the Acquisition of OSPInsight
IQGeo has acquired OSPInsight International, Inc. IQGeo will pay $8.75 million for the company. The deal will be completed with a combination of cash and shares. However, shareholders must approve the deal first. OSPInsight specializes in fiber-optic planning and design software for telecommunications companies. IQGeo offers geospatial software for telecommunications network operations.
