The new release revolutionizes the OSS/BSS market by enhancing the efficiencies and processes of CSPs. Omnia360E is an open platform that offers extensive, customizable e-commerce capabilities including one-touch self-service tools to provide the optimal customer experience and automated functionality. The platform supports seamless API integration with rapidly evolving generative artificial intelligence (AI) applications, lead-generation, and a fully automated billing process.

“In today’s market, customers expect a seamless, Amazon-like experience when it comes to broadband services. By integrating robust e-commerce features, Omnia360E enhances the customer experience by providing more control for the consumer. This allows CSPs to meet the rapidly evolving market need,” said Arun Pasrija, CEO of CHR Solutions.

Pasrija said that Omnia360E’s development team was charged with making data integration more accurate and streamlined, huge pain points for today’s CSPs.

“Because Omnia360E’s open platform uses a single source of data, the integration process is unified, making it easy for CSPs to use their preferred applications—or choose from our suite of solutions. It’s all about being flexible and customer-focused, ensuring that CSPs have the freedom to operate in the way that works best for them,” he added.

Omnia360E is available now, ready to support CSPs with a platform that meets their operational needs and fosters business growth.

Key Features and Benefits of Omnia360E:

  • E-commerce Enabled Platform:
Omnia360E allows customers to manage subscriptions independently. Customers can browse services, create accounts, upgrade or downgrade plans, remove and cancel services, view billing information and pay bills without any direct assistance.  With self-subscription, card-on-file charging, and automated renewals, the platform simplifies the customer journey and reduces the need for extensive back-office billing processes. For the first time, billing is completely automated, eliminating the need for a full billing back-office operation. In beta testing, the platform has already saved customers hundreds of hours each month in back-office billing. This unique offering caters to consumer demand for more control over their services, enhancing customer satisfaction, reducing operational costs, and increasing customer loyalty.
  • Seamless API Integration:
Built on a flexible, open platform, Omnia360E enables CSPs to integrate best-in-breed APIs from CHR Solutions or other providers seamlessly. This approach allows CSPs to customize the platform to meet their specific needs, ensuring they have the right tools to operate effectively.
  • Web-Based Fiber Management:
The platform’s web-based fiber management allows for seamless data integration, providing an accurate single source of truth for broadband providers to run their networks with precision, efficiency, and reliability. With access to accurate data, CSPs can make informed decisions quickly, improving service, reliability, and speed-to-market. A centralized data source also supports advanced business intelligence and analytics, offering deeper insights into network operations, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • AI-Enabled Insights and Automation:
AI is revolutionizing the telecom industry by unlocking new capabilities and services. 96% of CSPs expect AI and automation to increase in two to three years.  Because the Omnia360E platform utilizes a single source of truth, CSPs can leverage AI applications to deliver valuable insights and automation. This innovative platform enhances decision-making and operational efficiency by optimizing data usage for analytics and AI applications.
  • Enhanced Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Management:
CHR Solutions also provides enterprise-class cybersecurity and infrastructure management solutions, enabling broadband providers to maintain robust security measures and effectively manage their infrastructure. Leveraging years of expertise in cybersecurity and infrastructure services, CHR Solutions partners with Kaseya, a global IT solutions leader, to offer Kaseya 365 services. These services include SOC solutions, cybersecurity, endpoint detection, and a comprehensive suite of backup, restoration, and monitoring solutions. This robust support assists CSPs in defending against persistent cyber threats that aim to infiltrate and compromise critical networks.

CHR Solutions’ Steve Eldridge Retires After 50 Years of Distinguished Service https://fiberbroadband.org/2024/07/01/chr-solutions-steve-eldridge-retires-after-50-years-of-distinguished-service/ Mon, 01 Jul 2024 19:34:05 +0000 https://fiberbroadband.org/?p=16418 CHR Solutions’ Steve Eldridge Retires After 50 Years of Distinguished Service

Houston, TX, July 1, 2024 — CHR Solutions, an experienced leader in providing services and solutions to help communication service providers (CSPs) achieve operational efficiency and revenue growth, announced today the retirement of Steve Eldridge, Senior Project Manager of Engineering Services, after a remarkable fifty-year tenure with the company.

Eldridge’s career highlights include Rural Utilities Service (RUS) loan designs for local co-ops and numerous Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) designs following the AT&T breakup. One of his final projects included a loan design for Brazos Communications headquartered in Olney, TX. This project began in 2013 and the implementation and expansion continue today.

Eldridge’s career began at CHR Solutions during high school, gaining experience in surveying and drafting. After graduating from Texas Tech University in 1980 with a degree in Electrical Engineering, he continued with CHR and moved into project management and loan design roles for several builds, such as Big Bend Telephone in Alpine, TX, and the Papago Tribal Utility Authority (now called Tohono O’odham Utility Authority) in Sells, AZ.

Eldridge also spent seven years in Guam managing system improvements for the Guam Telephone Authority and Micronesian Telephone in Saipan, Mariana Islands. This project initially started with running fiber to the Central Offices, and then expanded to eventually building out more of the network to Andersen Air Force Base and several Navy base housing areas. Additionally, while there, Eldridge played an integral role in helping to establish Guam’s first cellular system.

“Looking back on my career in telecom, I’ve witnessed a remarkable evolution— it’s astounding to realize that when I started, ‘broadband’ wasn’t even part of our vocabulary. Initially, we had to justify choosing fiber over digital microwave technology; now, it’s unimaginable to consider anything but fiber,” said Eldridge.  “However, this industry is more than technology; it’s about connecting people and empowering communities. It’s been a privilege to contribute to such transformative progress.”

“We extend our deepest gratitude to Steve for his unwavering service and dedication,” said Arun Pasrija, President and CEO of CHR Solutions. “He will be deeply missed by our team, clients and everyone who had the privilege of working with him. We wish him all the best in his well-deserved retirement.”

All of us at CHR Solutions are thankful for the years of dedication and service Steve has given to CHR and to the industry.
