Conexon Connect provides a voice over Internet protocol for households and businesses. This service allows electric cooperatives to meet a federal requirement that providers must also offer affordable voice services if they want federal auction funding. Conexon’s solution includes hosting, management of regulatory compliance and taxation, pricing, billing integration and more. Electric cooperatives that also use it can avoid expensive upfront costs and annual investments needed to maintain voice services.
