• The FBA OpTIC Path training program standardizes fiber skills to prepare students for entry-level jobs in our industry
• It upskills the workforce to deploy fiber optic networks faster
• We need qualified instructors and industry leaders to
lead the program
• Instructors will receive a comprehensive Instructor Kit with detailed lesson plans, student materials, and ongoing support from FBA’s Instructor Working Group
