FBA Commentary on BEAD filed with NTIA

The Fiber Broadband Association submits these comments in response to the Notice and Request for Comments issued by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration related to the grant programs for which the NTIA is responsible under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. FBA’s comments are focused on questions set forth in the Notice and related issues on the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (“BEAD”) Program, whereby the NTIA will provide grants to States, Territories, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico to close the digital divides.
