DESCRIPTION:FBA will be serving as an industry partner for and exhibiting at Broadband Nation Expo at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center situated on the banks of the Potomac River in National Harbor\, Maryland\, just minutes away from downtown Washington\, D.C. SUMMARY:Low carbon footprint optical cabling solution
DESCRIPTION:Las redes ópticas han sido principalmente un avance en la reducción del impacto ambiental desde el desarrollo de aplicaciones PON\, debido a la reducción del consumo de energía por los accesorios activos. \nActualmente\, las soluciones PON han presentado una tasa de crecimiento en la red secundaria no solo por la expansión para capturar nuevos HP\, sino también por el mantenimiento de legados. En Brasil\, se estima un consumo anual de fibra óptica de 15 millones de kilómetros de fibra\, lo que aumenta el acceso y la capilaridad. \nPensando en el siguiente nivel de sostenibilidad en redes ópticas\, se desarrolló una solución ecológica para el cableado óptico\, que puede instalarse en redes secundarias\, destinada a instalaciones de distribución y acceso\, reduciendo la huella de carbono en más del 60% mediante el uso de polietileno ecológico derivado de la caña de azúcar y materiales plásticos en comparación con los diseños estándar. Con este nuevo diseño\, se espera reducir alrededor de 200 T de emisión de CO2 en el primer año. \nEl cable ha sido sometido a rigurosas pruebas\, principalmente en cuanto a la estabilidad del polietileno verde\, y fue aprobado según las normas brasileñas e internacionales como cables ADSS y subterráneos\, siendo significativo para la expansión de redes 5G asociada a tendencias de responsabilidad sostenible\, utilizando materiales ecológicos y un diseño optimizado \n		\n					\n				Register here
